My husband and I decided to return to South Dakota after living in Denver for 34 years. Since we were still living in Denver our house hunting search was done through phone calls, emails, and text messages. Justin promptly responded to any of our questions. We knew we wanted a ranch, but we were unsure as to where in the Sioux Falls area we wanted to live. One weekend we decided to fly to Sioux Falls to house hunt. We were going to be in Sioux Falls area 24 hours. Justin arranged showings for Friday evening and all day Saturday in a variety of locations. As we visited the different houses, Justin listened carefully to what we liked and didn't like. One house we visited was in Brandon. He could tell Brandon was appealing to us, but the house we choose to look at didn't meet our needs. Justin mentioned he had a conversation with a fellow realtor that day and a house in Brandon was coming on the market. He contacted the other realtor to get the exact address. We drove by the house and we knew immediately we wanted a showing. Working late into the evening, he arranged for a 9:00 a.m. showing. We walked into the house and knew immediately this was the house. Following the showing, Justin prepared an offer that was submitted to the seller by noon. We left Sioux Falls at 4:00 to fly back to Denver. On our way home from the Denver airport Justin called us that the seller accepted our offer. Justin found us the perfect house and met all criteria on our list.
